TMS Institute Top Ranked TMS Clinic, Louisville, KY, 2026

TMS Institute, an independent national directory of TMS clinics, has named Bluegrass Advanced Mental Health its 2026 Top Ranked TMS Clinic in Louisville.

The recognition goes to the clinic with the highest TMS Institute directory score in each city with three or more listed clinics. BAMH ranked first among the three Louisville clinics in the directory. The score measures how much a clinic tells patients and how many treatment options it lists, checked against the clinic’s own website and public records. It is not a rating of care, results or patient satisfaction, and no clinic can pay for it.

That openness was a deliberate choice for us. Before anyone calls, our website lists the device we use (BrainsWay Deep TMS, FDA-cleared for depression and OCD), our standard and accelerated SWIFT schedules, the insurance plans we accept, and our self-pay price for accelerated TMS.

“Someone who has already tried several medications shouldn’t have to make five phone calls to find out whether a next step is within reach,” said Dr. David Roth, founder of Bluegrass Advanced Mental Health. “We put everything in plain view so patients and families can make an informed decision.”
