Web Accessibility Statement

Last updated: February 23, 2026

Bluegrass Advanced Mental Health (“Bluegrass,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to digital accessibility for people with disabilities.

We strive to make our website usable for everyone and continually improve the user experience by applying recognized accessibility standards and best practices.

Measures to support accessibility

To help ensure accessibility, we:

Include accessibility considerations in our internal policies and website update workflows.

Provide staff guidance and quality assurance checks during content updates and releases.

Build on a modern, standards-based website platform that supports accessible HTML, ARIA, and responsive design.

Implement accessibility tools where appropriate (for example, an assistive toolbar) to supplement — not replace — manual accessibility work and remediation.

Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 define requirements for making web content more accessible, with conformance levels A, AA, and AAA. Our target is WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

Our website is currently partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA. Some parts of the content may not yet fully conform, and we are actively working to address those areas as part of our ongoing accessibility program.

Compatibility with browsers and assistive technology

Our site is designed to work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox) and common assistive technologies (screen readers, keyboard navigation, etc.). Older browsers or assistive technologies that do not support modern HTML, CSS, or ARIA features may not work optimally.

Technical specifications

Accessibility of our site relies on a combination of technologies and practices, including:

Semantic HTML, correct heading structure, and ARIA landmarks and labels.

Sufficient color contrast and visible focus states for keyboard users.

Keyboard accessibility, meaningful link text, and descriptive alt text for images.

Platform features and accessibility tools (where implemented) to support an accessibility menu and remediation.

Note: No automated tool can guarantee full compliance. Accessibility tools are one component of a broader accessibility program that includes manual design, content practices, and remediation.

Assessment approach

We evaluate accessibility through:

Routine self-evaluation and periodic reviews during content and design updates.

Use of platform/app automated scanning tools to identify issues, combined with manual checks against WCAG 2.1 AA standards where feasible.

Ongoing remediation prioritized by impact on users and frequency of use.

Known limitations & continuous improvement

We recognize there may be pages or files that need improvement (for example: legacy PDFs, third-party embeds, or older images missing alt text). We are actively addressing issues as they are identified. If you encounter a barrier, please let us know so we can prioritize a fix.

Feedback & contact

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on our site, please contact us and we will respond as soon as reasonably possible:

Email: sroth@bluegrass-amh.com

Phone: (502) 208-9003

When you contact us, please include: the web page or feature, a description of the barrier, and the browser and assistive technology (if any) you were using. If you prefer, we can provide information in alternative formats (large print, audio, or other formats).

Formal complaints

If you feel we have not addressed your concern satisfactorily, you may be entitled to file a complaint with the appropriate state or federal agency. We will cooperate with any investigation and continue remediation efforts as required.

Third-party websites

Our Website may link to third-party websites. Bluegrass is not responsible for the accessibility or privacy practices of third-party sites; please review their policies and report any accessibility barriers to those site operators.
